One-to-one email support
If you are a young person under 25 who has personal experience of voices, visions or other similar sensory experiences – you’re welcome to email us for some support. It doesn’t matter where you live - London or elsewhere we can still try to help. We’re a small team, so we can’t offer crisis support, but what we do offer is the chance for you to share your experiences with someone who will listen and try to understand. Many of our team have personal experience of voices and visions. We speak openly about our own lived experience, which make us a little different from many other support services.
Different people use our support in different ways. Some people use it to share their experiences so that they can find ways of dealing with them, others want to talk to someone to help them make some sense of what’s happening. Some people just want to speak to someone who will listen and believe them, without judging. That is the core of what we try to do.
If you’re supporting a young person who hears voices or has similar experiences, parent, carer or family member, then you’re welcome to email us too.

One-to-one Zoom support
Sometimes trying to talk about these experiences over email can be a bit tricky. If you prefer we can arrange a time to talk to you over Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We can try and find a day and time that works for you and you can choose to keep your camera on or off. We could even type in the chat box if you are not ready to speak over the microphone. It doesn’t matter where you live - London or elsewhere we can still try to help.
If you live locally to Camden in North London and prefer to meet face to face to talk about things we can arrange to meet at our building at Barnes House or somewhere nearby. Just email us and we can figure something out.
If you’re supporting a young person who hears voices or has similar experiences, parent, carer or family member you’re welcome to email us too to arrange a call.
