FAQs
I don’t live in London - can I still join the peer support groups/receive support from Voice Collective?
Yes! Our peer support groups are open to anyone, regardless of where you live - even if you live abroad. You might just have to navigate the time difference. We can also offer email support to anyone based in the UK: you don’t have to live in London.
How can I find out about future training dates?
By signing up to our Newsletter and following us on Eventbrite
Can I volunteer with Voice Collective?
We are always looking for volunteers to help us support the project - particularly with co-facilitating our peer support groups. You will need to fill out an application form and attend one of our Peer Support Group Facilitation Trainings, if you would like to co-facilitate one of our groups. Get in touch with us via email if you are interested.
Can I set up my own Hearing Voices Peer Support Group?
We would love for as many peer support hearing voices groups to be set up in and around London as possible! You will need to sign up to one of our Peer Support Group Facilitation Trainings first, then we can think about ways to support and help you to set up a group in your area.
How do I refer a young person to Voice Collective?
We don’t really work on a referral basis. If you know a young person that you think might benefit from engaging with us, then you can encourage them to get in touch with us directly by email, or to fill out one of our Google forms to join one of our peer support groups.
